Fees
Clear information about consultation and session costs.
I aim to keep fees clear and transparent so that you can make informed decisions about therapy...
Initial Consultation
I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation.
This provides an opportunity for us to briefly discuss what has brought you to seek support, consider what might be helpful, and decide together whether working together feels like the right fit.
There is no obligation to continue after this conversation.
Therapy Sessions
Individual therapy session (50 minutes)
£120
Sessions provide a structured, thoughtful space to explore difficulties, develop understanding, and work towards meaningful change.
My approach draws on evidence-based psychological therapies and my experience as a clinical psychologist working across NHS and independent settings.
What the Fee Includes
Your session fee includes:
- A 50-minute therapy session
• Preparation and review of clinical material
• Evidence-based formulation and therapeutic intervention
• Brief clinical note-keeping to support continuity of care
• Occasional brief email contact between sessions where clinically appropriate
Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer following each session.
An invoice will be provided, which includes the details required for payment.
Insurance
I am registered with a number of private health insurers.
If you plan to use private medical insurance to fund therapy, please check with your provider regarding your level of cover and whether a referral from a GP or specialist is required.
If you contact me, please include the name of your insurer and membership details, and I can advise on the next steps.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, please provide at least 48 hours notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged at the full session fee.
